The posting

Au sein d’un environnement associatif engagé dans l’accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap et de personnes âgées, vous occupez une fonction comptable complète avec un rôle essentiel dans la fiabilité des données financières et le pilotage de l’organisation.

Les responsabilités comprennent notamment :

  • Collecter et traiter les données comptables provenant des différents services internes et des bénéficiaires.
  • Enregistrer les opérations comptables telles que factures d’achats, ventes, notes de crédit, subsides et opérations financières.
  • Gérer, valider, imputer et assurer le suivi des pièces comptables.
  • Établir les factures de ventes et soutenir les services de facturation.
  • Préparer les paiements et assurer leur suivi.
  • Gérer les rappels de paiement.
  • Participer activement à la clôture des comptes.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et au suivi du budget.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord de gestion et commenter les tableaux statistiques.
  • Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie.
  • Mettre à jour les procédures internes en lien avec la hiérarchie et appliquer ces procédures.
  • Bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, avec un niveau avancé en Excel.
  • Expérience de 5 ans dans une fonction comptable est un atout.
  • Connaissance des subventionnements AVIQ liée aux secteurs du handicap et des maisons de repos est un plus.
  • Connaissance du logiciel Adfinity est un atout.
  • Expérience dans la conception et l’analyse de tableaux de bord est un avantage.
  • Intérêt pour le secteur associatif.
  • Rigueur, précision et sens de l’organisation.
  • Esprit d’initiative, autonomie, flexibilité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et sens de la concertation.
  • Respect de la confidentialité et bonnes compétences de communication.
