En tant que Comptable de copropriété, vous assurez le suivi comptable et administratif d’un portefeuille d’associations de copropriétaires.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’immeubles et veillez à la fiabilité des comptes, des décomptes de charges et des informations financières destinées aux copropriétaires.

Vos responsabilités en tant que Comptable de copropriété :

  • Vous encodez et contrôlez les factures.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des paiements.
  • Vous suivez les comptes fournisseurs.
  • Vous préparez les appels de fonds.
  • Vous établissez les décomptes de charges des copropriétés.
  • Vous réalisez les réconciliations bancaires.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des comptes des copropriétaires.
  • Vous préparez les situations comptables.
  • Vous rassemblez les documents financiers nécessaires aux assemblées générales.
  • Vous collaborez quotidiennement avec les gestionnaires d’immeubles.
  • Vous assurez le suivi administratif des dossiers de copropriété.
  • Vous veillez au respect des échéances comptables et administratives.
  • Vous vérifiez l’exactitude et la cohérence des données financières.
  • Vous répondez aux questions comptables des différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances comptables.
  • Une expérience en comptabilité immobilière ou en copropriété constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Vous avez une affinité avec la gestion financière d’immeubles.
  • Vous aimez travailler avec les chiffres.
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur, précision et méthode.
  • Vous êtes organisé et respectez les échéances.
  • Vous savez gérer les priorités.
  • Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome.
  • Vous adoptez une attitude proactive.
  • Vous accordez de l’importance à la qualité du travail fourni.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous communiquez professionnellement avec différents interlocuteurs.
