Notre client est un distributeur international spécialisé dans le secteur dentaire, présent dans plusieurs pays européens. L'entreprise combine la distribution de consommables à très grande échelle avec des activités d'équipement et de services techniques. Son organisation multi-entités lui permet d'accompagner ses clients sur l'ensemble de leurs besoins.

Depuis son intégration à un groupe international, l'entreprise connaît une phase de structuration et de professionnalisation de sa fonction finance, avec de nombreux projets visant à améliorer les processus, automatiser certaines tâches et renforcer le reporting. La finance est centralisée depuis Bruxelles au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine.

Votre fonction

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, vous rejoignez l'équipe finance en tant que Comptable Senior / General Ledger. Votre objectif sera de devenir progressivement un acteur central des clôtures et du reporting financier pour les différentes entités du groupe.

Le poste offre une belle combinaison entre comptabilité générale, reporting groupe, trésorerie et amélioration des processus. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de participer à la structuration de la fonction finance et de gagner progressivement en responsabilités.

Vos responsabilités

  • Prendre progressivement en charge les clôtures mensuelles de A à Z pour les différentes entités.
  • Assurer la comptabilité générale et les principales réconciliations, notamment intercompagnies.
  • Préparer le reporting financier mensuel destiné au groupe et contribuer aux analyses financières.
  • Participer au suivi et aux prévisions de trésorerie dans un environnement avec un besoin en fonds de roulement important.
  • Reprendre progressivement certaines tâches actuellement externalisées, notamment les amortissements et provisions de stock.
  • Identifier des opportunités d'automatisation et d'amélioration des processus afin de rendre les données financières plus exploitables.
  • Partager votre expertise avec l'équipe et contribuer à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.

Les clôtures sont réalisées sur une base mensuelle, avec un objectif de finalisation dans un délai d'environ 6 à 8 jours ouvrables. Le poste implique donc une certaine capacité à travailler avec des deadlines serrées et à gérer les priorités.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience solide en comptabilité générale et êtes capable de gérer une clôture de manière autonome.
  • Vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé dans un environnement multi-entités ou international.
  • Vous êtes analytique et cherchez à comprendre ce qui se cache derrière les chiffres plutôt qu'à simplement produire du reporting.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les environnements où les processus ne sont pas encore totalement automatisés et savez faire preuve d'adaptabilité.
  • Vous appréciez transmettre vos connaissances et travailler en équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement francophone, néerlandophone et anglophone et pouvez communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs selon leurs besoins.
  • Une connaissance de Coda, Power BI ou d'outils similaires constitue un avantage.
