Reprendre une comptabilité de zéro dans une société en croissance, c'est exactement ce que propose ce poste.

Société de services internationale implantée à Bruxelles depuis une dizaine d'années, cette structure d'une cinquantaine de collaborateurs opère sur plusieurs marchés européens. Elle affiche une croissance régulière et continue d'investir, sans perdre l'ADN d'une organisation à taille humaine où les décisions se prennent vite et où chaque personne compte.

Jusqu'ici, la comptabilité était partiellement externalisée. La société franchit une nouvelle étape et cherche quelqu'un pour internaliser l'ensemble de la fonction. Les bureaux sont bien situés à Ixelles, accessibles en transports en commun.

Vos responsabilités

Vous êtes seul(e) aux commandes de la comptabilité de la société, avec un accès direct à la direction et une autonomie totale sur vos missions.

  • Tenue de la comptabilité générale de A à Z : encodage, lettrage, réconciliations et suivi des immobilisations.
  • Préparation et dépôt des déclarations TVA et obligations fiscales courantes.
  • Clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, jusqu'au dépôt des comptes annuels.
  • Gestion de la trésorerie et suivi des flux de paiements.
  • Production du reporting financier mensuel à destination de la direction.
  • Liaison avec les auditeurs externes, le réviseur et les administrations.
  • Contribution à l'amélioration des processus et des outils financiers.

Le profil recherché

Formation : Bachelier ou Master en comptabilité ou finance.

Expérience : Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale, dont une expérience significative en tant que comptable unique. Vous avez déjà géré seul(e) l'ensemble d'un cycle comptable.

Langues : Français et anglais courants, les deux sont utilisés au quotidien pour les échanges internes et avec les entités étrangères.

Qualités personnelles

  • Autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes à l'aise pour gérer la comptabilité de A à Z.
  • Fiable et rigoureux(se), vous avez le sens des responsabilités dans la durée.
  • Bon(ne) communicant(e), vous savez interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés en français comme en anglais.
