FUNCIONES: - Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de comunicación digital de la asociación. - Gestionar y dinamizar los perfiles de la asociación en redes sociales. - Crear y adaptar contenidos digitales (textos, imágenes y vídeos) para redes sociales y otros canales. - Adecuar la comunicación y los contenidos al público juvenil. - Dinamizar la participación juvenil y difundir las actividades de la asociación. - Coordinar la difusión digital de cursos, talleres, eventos y actividades culturales. - Realizar un seguimiento básico de las métricas e impacto de las acciones digitales. - Elaborar informes básicos de seguimiento y resultados. REQUISITOS: - Menor de 30 años en situación de desempleo. - Formación relacionada con comunicación audiovisual, marketing, publicidad, diseño o áreas afines. - Conocimientos de gestión y dinamización de redes sociales. - Conocimientos básicos de creación y edición de contenidos digitales, fotografía y vídeo. - Buena capacidad de comunicación escrita y oral. - Manejo de herramientas digitales y ofimáticas. - Interés por la cultura, el audiovisual y la participación juvenil. - Capacidad de organización, iniciativa y trabajo autónomo. - Se valorará: * Experiencia previa en gestión de redes sociales. * Experiencia en comunicación cultural o juvenil. * Manejo de herramientas de edición. * Experiencia en creación de contenidos audiovisuales. CONDICIONES LABORALES: - Contrato temporal, 3 meses. - Jornada parcial, 20 horas semanales. - Horario teletrabajo. - Salario 720 euros brutos mensuales.
