Ben jij sterk in bouwtechnisch inzicht én denk je graag mee over de beste oplossingen voor klanten? Dan krijg je in deze functie een sleutelrol in de voorbereidende fase van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten.

Als Concept Calculator Bouw werk je samen met verschillende interne en externe partners om projecten financieel en technisch haalbaar te maken. Je vertaalt ideeën en concepten naar duidelijke kostenramingen en offertes en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op één lijn zitten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren en meedenken tijdens de ontwerpfase van bouwprojecten
  • Uitwerken van bouwconcepten in samenwerking met klanten, architecten en collega's
  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde budgetten en kostenramingen
  • Voorbereiden van correcte en concurrerende offertes
  • Analyseren van technische dossiers en bouwkundige plannen
  • Bewaken van budgetten, deadlines en projectdoelstellingen
  • Structureren en opvolgen van het offerteproces
  • Intensief samenwerken met verkoop, ontwerp-, voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsteams
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams tijdens de verdere uitwerking en realisatie van projecten
  • Signaleren van opportuniteiten en mogelijke risico's binnen projecten
  • Bijdragen aan een vlotte overdracht tussen verkoop, voorbereiding en uitvoering
  • Je beschikt over een bouwkundige opleiding of hebt relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector
  • Je hebt affiniteit met calculatie, kostprijsberekeningen en projectvoorbereiding
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je kunt complexe informatie vertalen naar duidelijke en betrouwbare ramingen
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen
  • Je neemt initiatief en zoekt actief de samenwerking met anderen op
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende gesprekspartners
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt proactief mee
  • Je hebt interesse in innovatieve bouwtechnieken en duurzame oplossingen
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je kennis verder uit te bouwen
