Iemand die strategie vertaalt naar creatieve concepten, daar zelf visueel richting aan kan geven én het creatieve team daarin kan meenemen. Je werkt dus zelf aan merk- en campagneconcepten, maar bent tegelijkertijd degene die overzicht houdt over het creatieve werk binnen Nijgh. Daarnaast pak je een leidende rol binnen het creatieve team: je geeft richting, reviewt werk en begeleidt en ondersteunt collega's in hun ontwikkeling. Kortom: je blijft zelf maken, maar zorgt er óók voor dat het team als geheel beter werk maakt. Wat ga je doen? Conceptontwikkeling vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol. Je werkt aan verschillende creatieve vraagstukken en bent vaak vanaf het eerste idee betrokken. Je vertaalt strategie naar een creatief concept en weet daar een duidelijke visuele en inhoudelijke richting aan te geven. Maar je verantwoordelijkheid stopt niet bij je eigen projecten. Als Creative Lead ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor ons creatieve team. Je helpt bepalen welke creatieve richting we kiezen, denkt mee wanneer iemand vastloopt en zorgt dat concept, design en uitvoering op het niveau zijn dat we bij Nijgh willen neerzetten. Je geeft daarbij niet simpelweg een akkoord of afkeuring, maar helpt collega's begrijpen waarom iets wel of niet werkt en hoe het beter kan. Concreet betekent dat dat je: - merk- en campagneconcepten bedenkt en ontwikkelt; - strategie vertaalt naar sterke creatieve ideeën en visuele richtingen; - zelf concepten kunt visualiseren en net zo makkelijk meedenkt over een goede heading of copyrichting; - het creatieve team inhoudelijk aanstuurt en pri...
