Je brengt financiële én niet-financiële risico's in kaart, verbetert processen en zorgt dat de organisatie grip houdt op wat belangrijk is. Wanneer je bevindingen deelt, doe je dat helder, opbouwend en met oog voor oplossingen. Ook de P&C-cyclus ligt mede in jouw handen. Je toetst begrotingen, jaarstukken, nota's en investeringsvoorstellen op kwaliteit, samenhang en financiële plausibiliteit. Je signaleert tijdig waar bijsturing nodig is en helpt collega's om plannen scherper en sterker te maken. Daarnaast vervul je een belangrijke rol in wettelijke en toezichthoudende taken.
