In deze veelzijdige functie staat het dagelijks beheer van het hoofdkantoor en enkele terminals centraal. Dankzij een proactieve aanpak, een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een praktische ingesteldheid blijft alles vlot, veilig en ordelijk verlopen.

Wat zal je doen?

Als conciërge:

  • Openen en afsluiten van het hoofdkantoor en de verschillende locaties
  • Regelmatig controleren of gebouwen, ramen, deuren en poorten correct afgesloten zijn
  • Toezien op de toegang van externe partijen en alarmen in- en uitschakelen
  • Reageren bij alarmen en contact onderhouden met de alarmcentrale
  • Onderhouds- en herstellingsdiensten ontvangen en begeleiden
  • Kleine herstellingen zelfstandig uitvoeren, zoals eenvoudige klus-, schrijnwerkerij- of loodgieterwerken
  • Poststukken aannemen en intern of naar het douane- en postkantoor brengen
  • Bureaumateriaal beheren, bestellingen plaatsen en leveringen controleren
  • Voorraden opvolgen, waaronder kantoormateriaal, koffie, dranken en schoonmaakproducten
  • Optreden als chauffeur voor diverse verplaatsingen

Als schoonmaker:

  • Dagelijks vuilnisbakken ledigen en instaan voor de algemene orde en netheid
  • Burelen, kaaikantoren en technische ruimtes grondig reinigen
  • Ramen op het gelijkvloers periodiek reinigen
  • Afval naar een centrale locatie of het containerpark brengen wanneer nodig
  • Afstemmen met de leidinggevende en waar nodig externe partners inschakelen
  • Wekelijks de wagen van de bedrijfsleiding reinigen

Wie ben jij?

  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden
  • Een zelfstandige en praktische werkhouding: zaken worden proactief aangepakt zonder voortdurende opvolging
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
  • Handigheid voor het uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen
  • Flexibiliteit om verschillende taken en locaties te combineren
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het contact met collega’s, leveranciers en externe dienstverleners
  • Belangrijk: wonen op de bedrijfslocatie is vereist
  • Ervaring in schoonmaak, onderhoud, facility, techniek of conciërgewerk is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en inzet zijn doorslaggevend
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in overleg kunnen werken
  • Voor een koppel: een goede taakverdeling en bereidheid om samen verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
