En tant que Conducteur de chantier / Chef de projet HVAC, vous êtes responsable du suivi complet et de la coordination des projets HVAC, de la phase de préparation jusqu'à la réception finale. Vous veillez à ce que les projets soient réalisés de manière techniquement correcte, qualitative, sécurisée et dans le respect des délais et des budgets convenus.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi et la coordination des projets d'installation HVAC sur chantier.
  • Être le point de contact pour les clients, les maîtres d'ouvrage, les bureaux d'études, les sous-traitants et les équipes internes.
  • Préparer, organiser et planifier les travaux sur chantier.
  • Contrôler les plans techniques, les schémas et les cahiers des charges.
  • Suivre l'avancement, la qualité, la sécurité et la rentabilité des projets.
  • Diriger et accompagner les techniciens et les sous-traitants.
  • Commander et suivre les matériaux, tout en assurant une organisation logistique efficace.
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux supplémentaires et des déductions, ainsi que la gestion des rapports administratifs.
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et garantir une communication claire entre toutes les parties concernées.
  • Organiser les essais, les mises en service et les réceptions des installations.
  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique en HVAC, climatisation, électromécanique ou d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez une expérience pertinente en tant que conducteur de chantier, chef de projet ou responsable technique dans le domaine HVAC.
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances des installations HVAC (chauffage, ventilation, refroidissement et régulation).
  • Vous êtes capable de lire et d'interpréter des plans techniques.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et capable de gérer des projets de manière indépendante.
  • Vous êtes communicatif(ve), orienté(e) solutions et axé(e) sur la satisfaction client.
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur et accordez une grande importance à la qualité et à la sécurité.
  • La connaissance des normes applicables, de la réglementation et de la législation PEB constitue un atout.
