Vos missions

En tant que conducteur de ligne, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de votre ligne de production. Grâce à une formation progressive, vous développerez une parfaite maîtrise de l'ensemble de nos lignes.

Au quotidien, vous encadrez une équipe de 4 à 6 collaborateurs et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Team Leader.

Vous accompagnez et motivez votre équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs de production, tout en veillant au respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et d'hygiène.

Vous effectuez les réglages nécessaires des équipements afin de garantir une production conforme aux exigences de qualité.

Vous prenez en charge le démarrage de la ligne, les opérations de nettoyage ainsi que les procédures de fin de production.

En cas d'incident technique, vous identifiez rapidement l'origine du problème, mettez en œuvre les premières actions correctives et veillez à limiter l'impact sur la continuité de la production.

  • une expérience d'au moins cinq ans en tant qu'opérateur dans le secteur agroalimentaire ;
  • une première expérience dans l'encadrement d'une équipe de production ;
  • une solide expérience en boulangerie artisanale, avec la motivation de vous former aux procédés de fabrication de la viennoiserie industrielle.

Vous possédez un réel sens des responsabilités, faites preuve de leadership et savez fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs communs. De bonnes aptitudes en communication et un véritable esprit d'équipe sont indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction.

Organisé(e) et méthodique, vous abordez les situations avec un esprit d'analyse et recherchez des solutions efficaces face aux imprévus.

Vous apprenez rapidement, appréciez les environnements techniques et êtes à l'aise avec les équipements de production.

Enfin, travailler dans un environnement réfrigéré (environ 12 °C) et exercer une fonction dynamique sur le terrain ne constitue pas un frein pour vous.
