Vos missions :

  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs choix de produits naturels : huiles essentielles, soins végétaux, kits de fabrication, cosmétiques bio prêts à l'emploi, etc.
  • Guider les clients dans la formulation de leurs propres produits de beauté et rituels bien-être.
  • Être l'ambassadeur/drice de la philosophie clean & green de l'enseigne à travers une qualité de service irréprochable.
  • Participer à la mise en avant des nouveautés : formation des collègues, organisation du rayon, mise en scène produits.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des animations, outils d'information clients, supports sensoriels pour enrichir l'expérience boutique.
  • Prendre part aux ouvertures et fermetures de la boutique selon les besoins.
  • Être ponctuellement amené(e) à participer à des tournages ou shootings liés à l'univers de la marque.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience confirmée dans la vente en magasin, idéalement dans l'univers de la cosmétique, de la parapharmacie ou du bien-être.
  • Expérience en caisse souhaitée.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens du conseil, approche chaleureuse et pédagogique.
  • Dynamique, curieux(se), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) à la satisfaction client.
  • Fort esprit d'équipe, autonomie, rigueur, souci du détail.
  • Grande exigence en propreté, présentation des rayons et qualité d'accueil.
  • Vous parlez français et néerlandais couramment ; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
