Als constructeur bij gemeente Breda toets jij complexe bouwplannen, adviseer je initiatiefnemers en draag je bij aan een veilige en toekomstbestendige stad. Dit ga je doen Als bouwkundig constructeur bij gemeente Breda ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen en toetsen van constructieve aspecten binnen omgevingsvergunningen. Jij controleert constructieberekeningen en tekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving, normen en veiligheidseisen. Je werkt op het snijvlak van techniek, regelgeving en samenwerking. Je bent niet alleen bezig met berekeningen, maar zoekt actief de verbinding met bouwbedrijven, vergunningverleners, adviseurs en collega-specialisten om tot de beste oplossing te komen. In deze rol ga je aan de slag met onder andere: - Controleren van constructieberekeningen en constructietekeningen op sterkte, stijfheid en stabiliteit; - Beoordelen van constructieve bouwdelen tijdens voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering; - Toetsen van bouwplannen aan het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl), omgevingsrecht en relevante normen; - Adviseren over constructieve oplossingen bij complexe vraagstukken; - Afstemmen met vergunningverleners, bouwbegeleiders, inspecteurs en externe adviseurs; - Samenwerken met disciplines zoals brandweer en milieudienst rondom integrale beoordelingen; - Delen van technische kennis en praktijkervaring met collega's binnen de organisatie. Je komt terecht in het team Initiatieven, Vergunningen en Toezicht binnen de afdeling Veiligheid en Leefomgeving van gemeente Breda.
