Bij Croes Bouwtechnisch Ingenieursbureau in Nijmegen zoeken wij een ervaren constructeur / projectleider. Je krijgt de ruimte om technische diepgang te combineren met het aansturen van teams en projecten en het samenwerken met opdrachtgevers en architecten. Wat ga je doen - Ontwerpen en toetsen van hoofddraagconstructies (varianten vergelijken, slimme keuzes maken). - Coördineren, motiveren en coachen van collega's binnen het projectteam. - Intensief contact met opdrachtgever, architect en adviseurs; je bouwt aan duurzame relaties. - Opstellen van offertes, meeschrijven aan (Europese) aanbestedingen en contracten. - Planning en financiën van jouw projecten bewaken, met oog voor kwaliteit en efficiency. Wat breng je mee - HBO of TU opleiding in (bouw)constructies. - 5-10+ jaar aantoonbare ervaring als constructeur, bij voorkeur met projectleiding. - Up-to-date kennis van normen, voorschriften, uitvoeringsmethoden, begroten/kostenbeheersing en - marktontwikkelingen. - Leiderschap en organisatietalent; je schakelt makkelijk tussen techniek en commercie. - Communicatief sterk, daadkrachtig, en zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband op je best; onderhandelingsvaardig.
