Als Construction Manager op locatie bij onze cliënt ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel effectief beheren en coördineren van alle activiteiten in de constructiefasen van de projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle projecten op tijd en binnen het speelveld van procedures en veiligheid worden voltooid. Dankzij jouw ervaring kun jij problemen tijdig her- en onderkennen en zorg je ervoor dat acties worden voorgesteld aan en besproken met om deze te mitigeren. In jouw rol rapporteer je aan de Project Manager en geef jijzelf leiding aan het bouwteam. Tot je taken en verantwoordelijkheden behoort onder andere: - Projectbeheer: Het begeleiden van de projecten waaronder planning, voortgang en kwaliteitscontrole. - veiligheidsinspecties uitvoeren en toezien op de bouwveiligheid; - toezicht houden op de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. ...
