INEOS is één van de grootste werkgevers in de Belgische chemie. We tellen vandaag meer dan 3000 werknemers verspreid over 12 productie- en R&D-sites: Doel, Brussel, Feluy, Geel (2), Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, Lillo (2), Neder-over-Heembeek, Zandvliet (2) en Zwijndrecht.

Project ONE zal meer dan 4 miljard Euro investeren in een “state of the art” Ethaan Cracker en de daarbij horende ondersteunende voorzieningen voor utilities, opslag en energie (OSBL). Het doel is om ‘best in class’ te worden binnen de Europese Cracker Industrie waarbij onze veiligheids- en milieustandaarden die van reeds bestaande concurrerende Crackers sterk zullen overtreffen.

Gezien de toename in projecten, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en gemotiveerde construction supervisor electrical & instrumentation.

JOBOMSCHRIJVING

Je takenpakket als construction supervisor is als volgt: • Bestuderen van werkpakketten en vertalen naar een planning. Deze planning nauwlettend afstemmen met de interne klant. • Dagdagelijks opstarten en aansturen van aannemers op de werf. • Opstellen van vergunningen, organiseren van kick-off meetings en veiligheidsrondgangen. • Controleren van de juiste uitvoering van de werken op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit. • Inplannen en opvolgen van de nodige resources; stellingbouw, kranen, brandwachten, inspectie,.. . • Bij problemen samenwerken met de project engineer om de nodige oplossingen uit te werken. • Opvolgen van QA/QC plan; administreren van punch activiteiten, opvolgen van looptesten, etc. • Afstemmen en opvolgen van wettelijke inspecties en daaruit volgende acties. • Op het einde van het project zorgen voor oplevering, overdracht en As-Built. • Leveren van constructie input t.b.v. het opstellen van het project executieplan en werkvoorbereidingspakket. • Regelen site toegang en constructie verkeer (bepalen routes i.s.m. HSSE & Operations). • Ontvangen en controleren van op site geleverde materialen. • Afstemmen, inplannen en opvolgen van vendor representatie t.b.v. veld installatie en afname. • Beoordelen, initiëren en uitwerken van aanbevelingen vanuit zowel de interne inspectie als inspecties van derden, bv ATEX, NEN1010/3140.

PROFIEL

• Technische bachelor of evenwaardig door ervaring. • Minimaal 3 a 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider/brigadier of construction supervisor in de proces industrie, met als discipline E&I. • Kennis van werkvergunningssystemen, en software programma’s als SAP, MS Office, Project. • Gevaarlijke situaties herkennen en dagdagelijks streven naar 1 doel: Veiligheid = Nr. 1 • Een brede technische bagage, meer in het bijzonder van E&I. P&ID’s, looptekeningen en eendraadschema’s kennen geen geheimen meer. Kennis van piping en civiele tekeningen vormen een pluspunt. • Basiskennis van glasfiber technologie en IT/OT systemen. • Flexibel, zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en initiatiefrijk • Teamspeler met goede contactuele en sociale eigenschappen en hands-on mentaliteit. • Dynamisch en stress bestendig. • Voertaal is Nederlands (en Engels als 2e taal).
