Als Consulent beheer je de planning en zorg je voor de perfecte match tussen gezinnen op zoek naar een huishoudhulp via cheques en gekwalificeerde medewerkers. Deze rol combineert klantenbeheer, rekrutering, administratie en planning in één dynamische, afwisselende functie. Deze opportuniteit is voor 24u/ week verspreid over 4 dagen. Je werkt hierbij voornamelijk in de namiddag. Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde en mensgerichte speler, actief in heel Vlaanderen. Het bedrijf behoort tot de grotere, professioneel georganiseerde bureaus in Vlaanderen die zich specialiseren in de bemiddeling van huishoudhulpen, een sector die jaar na jaar blijft groeien door de stijgende vraag van Vlaamse gezinnen naar kwalitatieve thuishulp.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het in kaart brengen van behoeften van particuliere klanten die op zoek zijn naar een huishoudhulp
  • Registreren van kandidaten- en klantgegevens in de interne databank
  • Verwerken van prestaties en het personeels- en klantencontract opstellen
  • Bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande cheques en proactief actie ondernemen
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw huishoudhulpen met vragen omtrent loon- en arbeidsvoorwaarden
