Opdrachtgever De Werkorganisatie Druten Wijchen werkt voor twee gemeenten, met ieder hun eigen bestuur, gemeenteraden en ambities. Om dit in goede banen te leiden werken we met zelforganiserende teams met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Opdracht Als Consulent jeugd werk je in het Sociaal Team Wijchen. Jouw werkzaamheden op het terrein van de Jeugdwet zijn onder meer: - Je begeleidt en beoordeelt de binnenkomende hulpvragen op het terrein van jeugd. Vanuit het gesprek met de klant beoordeel je de zorgbehoefte/hulpvraag en de mogelijkheden in deze specifieke situatie. - Je doet nader onderzoek, hebt oog voor signalen van aspecten van onveiligheid (risicotaxatie), hebt overleg met betrokken instanties en maakt afspraken met de klant. De bevindingen en gemaakte afspraken leg je vast in een gezinsplan en je voert de regie van aanvraag tot afhandeling. - Je stelt veiligheidsplannen op en bewaakt de uitvoering hiervan. - Ook verricht je crisisinterventies en dien je, indien nodig, een verzoek in tot onderzoek bij de Beschermtafel Nijmegen. Functie eisen Onze opdrachtgever heeft eisen en wensen geformuleerd. Aan alle eisen moet worden voldaan om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie. Voor deze functie zijn de volgende eisen en wensen geformuleerd: Eisen: - De kandidaat beschikt over een geldige SKJ- of BIG registratie. Het registratienummer en de geldigheidsduur staan expliciet vermeld in het CV - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van jeugdconsulent bij een gemeente - In het kader van de wet DBA leent deze uitvraag zich helaas niet voor uitvoering door zzp'ers.
