Opdracht: Consulent Toeslagen Een betekenisvolle rol voor een empathische en daadkrachtige professional. Jij ondersteunt ouders en gezinnen in hun herstelproces, biedt maatwerk en helpt hen op weg naar een nieuwe start. Je weet vertrouwen op te bouwen, kijkt verder dan regels en maakt het verschil op menselijk niveau. Binnen verschillende gemeenten krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken - voor de mensen die dat het hardst nodig hebben. Afwisselend, waardevol en vol maatschappelijke relevantie. Wat ga je doen: - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van ouders die getroffen zijn door de Toeslagenaffaire - Opbouwen van vertrouwen en werken volgens het principe van stress-sensitieve dienstverlening - Maatwerkoplossingen bieden en samen met de gedupeerde een plan van aanpak opstellen - Zelfstandig beheren van je caseload, waarbij je hoofd- en bijzaken weet te scheiden - Samenwerken met (keten)partners en instanties om passende ondersteuning te organiseren - Overzicht behouden in complexe en domein-overstijgende casuïstiek Als Consulent Toeslagen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gedupeerde inwoners. Je zorgt voor een zorgvuldig en empathisch proces, waarbij je de juiste hulp organiseert en bijdraagt aan herstel van vertrouwen in de overheid. Wat neem je mee: Eisen: - Minimaal een hbo-bachelor opleiding in Social Work, Maatschappelijk Werk of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als Consulent bij een gemeentelijke instelling - Ruime ervaring binnen het sociaal domein en met integraal werken - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in het samenwerken met (keten)partners en instanties Wensen: - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen het sociaal domein van een gemeente Wat je krijgt: - Een uitstekend salaris tussen de 4.500 en 6.500 euro, afhankelijk van je ervaring - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Hybride werken - vanuit huis, bij de klant of op kantoor - Een betrokken werkgever met een hechte ...
