In de rol van Functional Consultant Business Central neem jij het voortouw bij het stroomlijnen van complexe bedrijfsprocessen.

  • Je start na een heldere briefing van de accountmanager en duikt meteen diep in de bedrijfsprocessen van de klant om pijnpunten bloot te leggen.
  • Vanuit een helikopterview stel je bestaande werkwijzen in vraag en vertaal je de functionele behoeften vlot naar slimme, technische Microsoft-oplossingen.
  • Je stelt nauwkeurige analyses en functionele documenten op die de krijtlijnen van het project perfect afkaderen voor alle betrokken partijen.
  • Tijdens het hele traject onderhoud je een transparante communicatie en zorg je voor constante feedback richting zowel de klant als de projectmanager.
  • Na de technische configuratie begeleid je een vlekkeloze implementatie op locatie en bied je de nodige nazorg zodat de eindgebruikers meteen vlot aan de slag kunnen.

Profiel

Als Functional Consultant Business Central breng je een gezonde dosis organisatievermogen en een proactieve instelling mee.

  • Je beschikt over een vlot bachelordiploma of mastertitel met een duidelijke IT-achtergrond.
  • Minimum drie jaar relevante consultancy-ervaring in een B2B-omgeving zorgt ervoor dat je snel kunt schakelen met verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht stelt jou in staat om complexe klantaanvragen snel te doorgronden en om te zetten in logische oplossingen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een communicatieve, assertieve plantrekker die ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht weet te bewaren.
  • Een geldig rijbewijs B is onmisbaar om vlot naar de verschillende klantlocaties te reizen.
