Als Recruiter E&I bij Solvers speel je een sleutelrol in het verbinden van technische talent met de juiste kansen bij verschillende klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we de beste mensen aan boord halen en je bouwt aan sterke relaties, zowel intern als extern. Geen dag is hetzelfde! - Je brengt in kaart welke verschillende klanten nieuw talent nodig hebben; - Je behandelt sollicitaties en plant intakegesprekken in; - Je snurkt actief op de markt naar nieuw technisch talent binnen E&I; - Je onderhoudt nauw contact met teamleiders en hiring managers om de perfecte match te vinden; - Je stelt kandidaten enthousiast en overtuigend voor met een oog voor kwaliteit; - Samen met het team zorg je voor een soepele en professionele wervingsprocedure; Wat vragen wij van jou? - HBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring met recruitment of sales - Je hebt al enige ervaring in werving & selectie, arbeidsbemiddeling of een commerciële functie. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - Je weet hoe je mensen enthousiast maakt en kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende gesprekken. - Ervaring met CRM-software - Je kunt goed overweg met systemen en administratie bijhouden is voor jou geen probleem. - Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset - Jij ziet kansen, speelt in op de behoefte van de organisatie en haalt e...
