DU WILLST HOCH HINAUS? Wir verbinden Menschen durch die neuesten Telekomm... 1 Consultant Glasfaser (m/w/d) WAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS? Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Kunden - Netzbetreibern, EVUs, Tiefbauunternehmen - und hilfst ihnen, ihre Abläufe rund um Planung, Bau und Betrieb passiver Glasfasernetze in Rimo abzubilden. Das bedeutet:

* Du analysierst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden, wie ihre Prozesse heute laufen - von der OAID-Vergabe über die Bauabwicklung bis zur Aktivierung und Entstörung * Du erkennst die Stolperfallen bevor sie entstehen: wo fehlt eine Übergabe zwischen Planung und Bau, wo gibt es Medienbrüche, wo wird doppelt dokumentiert * Du konfigurierst Prozesse direkt in unserer Plattform - mit unserem Low Code Workflow Designer, ohne Programmierausbildung, aber mit dem Verständnis warum ein Schritt so und nicht anders abläuft * Du begleitest Rollouts, schulst Schlüsselanwender und bleibst Ansprechpartner wenn der Betrieb läuft * Du gibst dem Produktteam Feedback was in der Praxis fehlt - du bist die Verbindung zwischen Feldwissen und Produktentwicklung

WENN DU FOLGENDES MITBRINGST, BIST DU BEI UNS RICHTIG VERBUNDEN * mehrjährige Erfahrung in mindestens einem der Bereiche: FTTx-Planung, Tiefbau/Bauabwicklung, Netzbetrieb oder Kundenanschluss * Erfahrung mit GIS-Software (QGIS, ArcGIS), ERP-Systemen oder Ticket-/Störungsmanagement-Tools ist ein Plus - aber kein Muss. * Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Dokumentation passiver FTTx-Netze (Trassenplanung, Rohrnetz, Kabelzug, Spleißung) bei einem Netzbetreiber, Planungsbüro, Tiefbauunternehmen oder Ziviltechniker * Grundverständnis für GIS-basierte Dokumentation * Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden - du hörst zu, fragst nach und nimmst Verantwortung für Lösungen * Bereitschaft, neue digitale Werkzeuge zu lernen und anzuwenden * der Position entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
