Werken bij Tetra Tech logo Consultant Vastgoed Utrecht Mid Level Bachelor Degree Consultant Vastgoed Word jij onze nieuwe Consultant Vastgoed Als Consultant Vastgoed help je klanten met het vertalen van technische vastgoeddata naar actieve vastgoedsturing, waarin onder meer onderhoud, verduurzaming en compliance centraal staan. Hiermee help je klanten om hun vastgoedportefeuille beter en meer integraal te beheren, en koppel je op de juiste momenten inhoudelijke expertise vanuit andere Tetra Tech-teams aan het vraagstuk van de klant. Jouw rol als Consultant Vastgoed - Je werkt aan projecten voor en soms ook bij onze klanten waarbij het altijd om technische vastgoeddata gaat. Dit is een dynamisch proces waarbij het thema verduurzaming als een rode draad door de besluitvorming loopt. - Je analyseert vastgoeddata en leert werken met softwaretools voor assetmanagement en informatiemanagement. Hiermee help je zowel je collega's als je klanten door verschillende scenario's te presenteren en heldere conclusies te formuleren. - Je helpt klanten inzicht te krijgen in hun vastgoedportefeuille door structuren en processen te verbeteren. - Je werkt nauw samen met assetmanagers, technisch beheerders, uitvoerende partijen, projectleiders en adviseurs en schakelt tussen operationele details en strategisch advies. - Samen met je collega's binnen vastgoedmanagement vorm je een hecht team dat elkaar en de klant helpt te groeien. Wie ben jij? Je bent een daadkrachtige, benaderbare professional die sterk is in stakeholdermanagement en procesmanagement. Je bent analytisch, betrokken en praktisch ingesteld. Je werkt graag samen, deelt kennis en voelt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat.
