Over het werk Als medewerker contact center tolkdiensten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die tolkdiensten aanvragen. In deze rol werk je 16 tot 32 uur per week op kantoor in Amstelveen. Je hebt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen, dankzij goede begeleiding en een duidelijk inwerktraject. Deze functie biedt uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren en kent interessante doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het contact center tolkdiensten team. Je start je werkdag met het aannemen en verwerken van klantaanvragen. Je inventariseert klantbehoeften zoals taal, datum, tijd, locatie en specialisme. Vervolgens registreer je alle gegevens secuur in het systeem en werk je nauw samen met collega's van andere afdelingen om elke aanvraag soepel te laten verlopen. Je behandelt vertrouwelijke informatie met de grootste zorg en zorgt ervoor dat elke aanvraag tijdig en correct wordt afgehandeld. Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en hou je van afwisseling?
