Wij zoeken voor een klant van ons een medewerker die een operationele rol opneemt in de productie en implementatie van marketingmateriaal.In deze functie ondersteun je de uitwerking van marketingtools en zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering en opvolging.Je draagt bij aan een sterke visibiliteit van producten en diensten door efficiënte en kwalitatieve marketingondersteuning.

Jobomschrijving

  • Ontwerp en productie van print- en digitale uitingen (infofiches, folders, visuals voor nieuwsbrieven, apotheekmateriaal).
  • Opmaak en variaties voor meerdere merken en campagnes.
  • Schrijven van duidelijke, bruikbare B2B-content.
  • Operationele uitvoering van promotiecampagnes.
  • Voorbereiding van kant-en-klare kits voor apotheken.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van deliverables (consistentie, leesbaarheid, naleving van sectorale richtlijnen).
  • Ad-hoc ondersteuning bij webinars en events.
  • Strikte opvolging van deadlines en interne processen.
  • Je hebt al een eerste relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met grafische productie en operationele communicatie.
  • Kennis van pharma/parapharma (en/of mode) is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent creatief, betrouwbaar en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in productmarketing, retail en de apothekerswereld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht, en functioneert vlot in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je kan goed overweg met Microsoft Office en digitale tools (grafisch design, e-mailmarketing, CMS).
  • Talen: NL zeer goed – FR goed – EN is een plus.
