Zij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Continuous Improvement Engineer in regio Waregem.

Functieomschrijving

Continuous Improvement Engineer

  • Procesoptimalisatie staat centraal: je analyseert productieprestaties, detecteert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties die rendement, kwaliteit en veiligheid tastbaar verhogen.
  • Samenwerking vormt de basis van jouw succes; je werkt intensief samen met productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit, logistiek en planning om technische uitdagingen duurzaam op te lossen en verbeteringen te verankeren.
  • Verbeterprojecten neem je van analyse tot implementatie in handen, inclusief root cause analyses, introducties van nieuwe producten of verpakkingen en het reduceren van stilstanden, verliezen en verspilling.

Continuous Improvement Engineer

  • Een Bachelor/Master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
