Als Contractbeheerder bewaak je de contractuele afspraken gedurende het volledige project. Je combineert juridisch en contractueel inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en werkt nauw samen met technische, financiële en operationele collega's.

Je adviseert, onderhandelt, stelt kritische vragen en grijpt tijdig in wanneer contractuele risico's dreigen te ontstaan.

Concreet:

  • Je bewaakt de contractuele afspraken gedurende het volledige project.
  • Je stelt contractuele brieven, waarschuwingen en andere correspondentie op.
  • Je bouwt samen met onder andere calculatie en planning dossiers op rond compenseerbare voorvallen.
  • Je werkt mee aan offertes en zorgt voor een sterke contractuele onderbouwing.
  • Je stelt contracten met onderaannemers en leveranciers op en evalueert deze.
  • Je onderhandelt over contractvoorwaarden met externe partijen.
  • Je volgt contractuele verplichtingen richting klant, onderaannemers en leveranciers nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor contractuele vraagstukken.
  • Je bewaakt de contractuele compliance en onderneemt actie wanneer afspraken niet worden nageleefd.
  • Je houdt contractdocumentatie en correspondentie gestructureerd en up-to-date.
  • Je adviseert de verschillende projectteams over contractuele risico's, opportuniteiten en strategische keuzes.

We zoeken een ervaren professional die zich comfortabel voelt in een complexe projectomgeving en juridische en contractuele materie kan vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een master Rechten, Burgerlijk Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen contractmanagement.
  • Een goede kennis van de Belgische wetgeving.
  • Inzicht in publieke en private contracten.
  • Affiniteit met complexe technische, juridische en financiële projecten.
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
