Jouw uitdaging als Contract Manager HVAC

Als Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een portefeuille van klanten binnen technisch onderhoud en HVAC. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, volgt budgetten op en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team van techniekers veilig en efficiënt kan werken.

Je combineert technische kennis met commercieel inzicht en bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en de Business Unit Manager.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je stuurt een team van HVAC-techniekers en onderhoudstechniekers aan en coacht hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je organiseert de planning en opvolging van preventief en curatief technisch onderhoud.
  • Je volgt contracten, budgetten, marges en KPI's nauwgezet op.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en denkt mee over de verdere groei van bestaande klanten.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en verhoogt de efficiëntie binnen jouw contracten.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle werkzaamheden veilig verlopen en volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager.
  • Ervaring binnen HVAC, gebouwtechnieken, building services of facility management.
  • Een goede technische kennis van verwarming, ventilatie en koeling (HVAC).
  • Ervaring met het coachen en aansturen van technische medewerkers.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer, rendabiliteit en KPI-opvolging.
  • Een gestructureerde, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.
