Voor onze partner zijn we op zoek naar een Contract Manager die zin heeft om mee te bouwen, te sturen én het verschil te maken. Iemand die energie krijgt van klanten, cijfers niet schuwt en techniek als tweede natuur beschouwt.

Wat ga je doen?

Kort gezegd: verbinden, organiseren en verbeteren. Jij bent de spilfiguur tussen klant, team en organisatie – en dat voel je elke dag.

Klanten? Die zitten goed bij jou

  • Jij bent hét vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je bouwt sterke relaties op, weet wat er leeft en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich gehoord en ondersteund voelen.

Strategie met cijfers (en gezond verstand)

  • Samen stellen we een stevig jaarlijks businessplan op. Jij volgt budgetten maandelijks op, spot kansen en stuurt bij waar nodig. Jij houdt het financiële kompas scherp.

Jij neemt ownership

  • Jouw klantenportefeuille? Die is écht van jou. Je bewaakt zowel de technische als financiële kant en zorgt dat alles netjes binnen planning en budget blijft.

Leidinggeven, maar dan menselijk

  • Je motiveert, coacht en ondersteunt je team. Resultaten zijn belangrijk, maar werkplezier, groei en samenwerking minstens evenveel. Want: teamwork makes the dream work.

Altijd een stap beter

  • Zie je iets dat slimmer, efficiënter of eenvoudiger kan? Dan kom jij in actie. Procesverbetering zit in jouw DNA.

Veiligheid eerst. Altijd.

  • Je creëert een veilige werkomgeving en zorgt dat veiligheidsregels geen papierwerk zijn, maar dagelijkse realiteit.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt liefst een bachelor in een ingenieursrichting en ervaring als projectleider HVAC of een commerciële rol binnen de sector
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk
  • Je bent een people manager en weet je team op een vriendelijke manier te ondersteunen
  • Safety first is jouw motto
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en gaat georganiseerd te werk
