Dienstverband: Tijdelijk met optie tot vast Opleiding: MBO Ervaring: Redelijk ervaren Werkweek: Fulltime Kenmerk 500A10219 Voor een toonaangevende woningcorporatie in de regio Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Contractbeheerder met ervaring binnen contractadministratie, vastgoedbeheer of de volkshuisvesting. Als Contractbeheerder ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat contracten, dossiers en administratieve processen correct en overzichtelijk worden beheerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken, controleren en actualiseren van contractgegevens en bewaakt belangrijke afspraken en termijnen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij rapportages, analyses en procesverbeteringen binnen het contractbeheer. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en gestructureerde werkwijze zijn huurcontracten, servicecontracten, VvE-administratie en overige contractdocumentatie altijd actueel en betrouwbaar. Zo draag jij bij aan een efficiënt beheer van de woningportefeuille. Wat ga je doen? - Je verwerkt, controleert en actualiseert huurcontracten, servicecontracten en overige contractgegevens binnen de administratie. - Je beheert contractdossiers en zorgt ervoor dat documenten volledig, correct en overzichtelijk worden vastgelegd. - Je bewaakt belangrijke contracttermijnen, zoals looptijden, verlengingen, opzeggingen en wijzigingen. - Je verwerkt contractmutaties en ondersteunt bij wijzigingen in contractuele afspraken. - Je controleert administratieve gegevens en signaleert afwijkingen of ontbrekende informatie. - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van rapportages, overzichten en managementinformatie rondom contractbeheer. - Je werkt samen met interne afdelingen zoals verhuur, vastgoedbeheer, financiën en VvE-beheer. - Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen binnen het contractbeheer en doet voorstellen voor efficiëntere werkwijzen.
