Je bewaakt SLA's over meerdere locaties en disciplines, stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en bent financieel eindverantwoordelijk voor het contractresultaat. Met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in contractmanagement bouw jij aan langdurige klantrelaties op management- en directieniveau, landelijk, over alle regio's heen. Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel Technisch Beheer €4.312,- tot €6.280,- - Jij zorgt dat alles klopt tot achter de komma - Jij krijgt de vrijheid om te groeien - Elke dag andere uitdagingen Dit ga je doen Grote contracten, grote verantwoordelijkheid. Jij beheert strategische service- en onderhoudscontracten voor klanten met meerdere locaties verspreid door heel Nederland. Van het bewaken van SLA's en KPI's tot het leiden van evaluatiegesprekken op directieniveau. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor grote, regio-overstijgende service- en onderhoudscontracten en fungeert als tactisch én strategisch aanspreekpunt voor key accounts. Je bewaakt contractafspraken, SLA's en prestatie-indicatoren over meerdere locaties en disciplines en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je regisseert periodieke prestatie- en evaluatiegesprekken op management- en directieniveau. Je signaleert en realiseert meerwerk, contractuitbreidingen en commerciële kansen, van upsell tot cross-sell. Je bent financieel eindverantwoordelijk: je stelt budgetten en forecasts op, bewaakt marges en beheerst financiële en contractuele risico's. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire klantteams aan over meerdere regio's, veelal zonder directe hiërarchische lijn, richting geven en draagvlak creëren is jouw kracht. Je richt passende cont...
