Als Contractmanager Civiele Techniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle contractuele aangelegenheden binnen civieltechnische projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en bewaken van contracten gedurende de gehele projectcyclus. Van traditionele aanbestedingen tot complexe Design & Construct-contracten, jij zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen hun verplichtingen nakomen en dat projecten binnen budget en planning worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers om risico's te identificeren en te beheersen. In deze rol combineer je juridische kennis met technisch inzicht en commercieel bewustzijn. Je adviseert over contractvormen, onderhandelt met aannemers en leveranciers, en zorgt voor een heldere communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij het oplossen van geschillen en het voorkomen van claims. Je functie biedt volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een senior contractmanager of projectdirecteur, waarbij je steeds complexere en grotere projecten onder je hoede krijgt. Ook kun je je verder specialiseren in specifieke contractvormen zoals UAV-GC of DBFM-contracten. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Opstellen en beoordelen van contracten voor civieltechnische projecten; - Bewaken van contractuele verplichtingen en deadlines gedurende de projectuitvoering; - Adviseren over contractvormen en aanbestedingsprocedures; - Onderhandelen met aannemers, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Identificeren en beheersen van contractuele risico's; - Behandelen van meerwerk, minderwerk en contractwijzigingen; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij geschillen en claims; - Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire projectteams; - Rapporteren over contractstatus aan projectleiders en opdrachtgevers.
