Als Controleur (BOA IV) word je ingezet om het gevoel van de sociale veiligheid te vergroten bij onze reizigers en indien noodzakelijk hierop te handhaven. Hoofdtaak van de Controleur is de controle van vervoersbewijzen en het verlenen van service aan reizigers. Je bent op de hoogte van de actuele dienstregeling, het lijnennet en de geldende vervoersbewijzen. Hierdoor kan jij de reiziger te allen tijde informeren. Het zal voorkomen dat je reizigers treft die geen geldig vervoersbewijs bezitten. Het is hierin belangrijk dat je goed luistert, de juiste vragen stelt en dat je op basis van jouw analyse een beslissing neemt. Je bent alert op mogelijke escalerende situaties met agressie maar weet rust en orde te bewaren. Dit doe je door oplossingsgericht te handelen en verbaal de passagier te kalmeren. Al deze taken voer je uit in teamverband. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken een collega waar we op kunnen bouwen. Je draagt actief bij aan een fijne samenwerking. Je bent het eerst aanspreekpunt voor reizigers. Klantgericht te werk gaan is voor jou dan ook een vanzelfsprekendheid. Je bent fit en in staat om dreigende situaties juist in te schatten en te handelen waar nodig om de situatie te de-escaleren. Je bent flexibel en het is voor jou geen enkel probleem om op onregelmatige tijden (tussen 05:30 uur en 02:00 uur) te werken. - Je weet van aanpakken, neemt initiatief en bent leergierig - Je bent van nature klant- en kwaliteitsgericht - Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent mentaal en fysiek weerbaar - Je bent besluitvaardig, recht door zee en kunt goed samenwerken - Je bent betrouwbaar en bewust van je eigen vakmanschap - Je bent bekend met de Haagse regio en je hebt affiniteit met het OV Wat heb je verder nodig? - Je beschikt minimaal over mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau en kan dit aantonen - Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schri...
