Je komt terecht in een groeiende en financieel uiterst gezonde organisatie. Dit bedrijf is onderdeel van een grotere groep en heeft, met haar jarenlange ervaring, een gevestigde naam in haar branche. Zij hebben in hun werk een sterke focus op duurzaamheid en innovatie. Honderden klanten rekenen inmiddels dagelijks op de kennis en expertise die hier in huis is. In totaal werken hier inmiddels zo'n 250 gemotiveerde collega's. De sfeer op kantoor is uiterst prettig. De functie: Voor deze functie ben ik specifiek op zoek naar een senior collega. Je komt terecht op de afdeling controlling, die naast jou uit nog enkele andere business en/of project controllers bestaat. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de complexere werkzaamheden en fungeert regelmatig als de kartrekker in het team. Je krijgt een sterk datagedreven functie en wordt de directe sparringpartner voor o.a. projectleiders, directie, het MT en natuurlijk je collega's op de afdeling. Jij voorziet in diverse projecten alle betrokken stakeholders van de juiste sturingsinformatie en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste financiële koers wordt gevaren. Je stelt business cases op, monitort de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. Op deze manier waarborg je de projectresultaten. Verder ga jij je richten op een stuk business control voor de interne organisatie. Je bent continu op zoek naar verbetermogelijkheden en hiervoor proactief te vinden in de organisatie. Jij weet wat er speelt op de verschillende afdelingen en tegen welke knelpunten men aanloopt, om vervolgens concrete verbetertrajecten te initiëren en implementeren.
