Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie in Midden-Nederland met maatschappelijke relevantie (Zorg & Welzijn) en zonder winstoogmerk zoeken wij een Controller die een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de financiële beheersing, rapportages en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Meteen solliciteren Wat ga je doen? Als Controller krijg je een brede functie waarin financial control en business control samenkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie en bent betrokken bij zowel operationele als tactische financiële vraagstukken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages; - Ondersteunen van de planning- & control-cyclus; - Analyseren van financiële resultaten en het signaleren van afwijkingen; - Voorbereiden van begrotingen, prognoses en managementinformatie; - Adviseren en begeleiden van managers bij financiële vraagstukken; - Optimaliseren van financiële processen en interne beheersingsmaatregelen; - Bijdragen aan projecten gericht op verdere professionalisering van de organisatie; - Begeleiden van audits, jaarrekeningtrajecten en externe verslaglegging.
