Daar heb je ervaring mee. Excel? Daar hoef je niet meer van te schrikken. Maar je voelt ook: ik ben toe aan meer. Meer verantwoordelijkheid. Meer inzicht in wat er achter de cijfers gebeurt. Meer betrokkenheid bij de business. En vooral: de kans om door te groeien naar Financial Controller. Bij onze realtie krijg je die kans. Van cijfers verwerken naar cijfers sturen Daarom zoeken we niet per se iemand die alles al heeft gedaan. We zoeken iemand met een goede financiële basis, nieuwsgierigheid en vooral de ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt breed mee binnen finance en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Denk aan: - Meewerken aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen - Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages - Controleren van balansposten en grootboekrekeningen - Signaleren en verklaren van afwijkingen - Ondersteunen bij budgetten, forecasts en analyses - Verbeteren en slimmer maken van financiële processen - Meedenken over stuurinformatie en KPI's - Ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rondom groei, marge en kosten - Samenwerken met collega's binnen én buiten finance Maar misschien nog belangrijker: je leert steeds meer vooruit te kijken in plaats van alleen achteruit. Want uiteindelijk willen we dat jij doorgroeit naar de rol waarin je niet alleen vertelt wat er is gebeurd, maar ook adviseert over wat er moet gebeuren. Waar willen we met jou naartoe?
