En verder: • Salaris tussen de €4.500,- en €6.000.-- (op basis van 40 uur). • Aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden: een dertiende maand, mobiliteitskaart en een goede * pensioenregeling. • Regelmatig leuke (sociale) activiteiten om collega's beter te leren kennen. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de periodieke afsluitingen en het opstellen van diverse periodieke rapportages inclusief analyses, identificatie van vervolgacties, signaleren van trends en de opvolging van vervolgacties; • Het jaarlijks opstellen van de begroting • Het verder professionaliseren van de planning & control cyclus inclusief het ontwikkelen van (nieuwe) managementrapportages en dashboards; • Je hebt oog voor vernieuwing, bent in staat om strategische mee te denken en adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd; • Optimalisatie van de financieel-administratieve procedures voor de administratieve organisatie/interne beheersing (AO/IB). Je coördineert en voert (key) controls uit ten behoeve van risicomanagement; • Je bent betrokken bij diverse finance (verbeter)projecten, waaronder de verdere inrichting van Power BI dashboards. Organisatie Pels Rijcken is een groot advocatenkantoor en is gevestigd naast het Centraal Station in Den Haag, de stad van vrede en recht. Bij Pels Rijcken werken ruim 340 mensen, van wie meer dan 200 als advocaat en ongeveer 140 in de ondersteuning daarvan.
