Eager is een collectief van inmiddels 13 autonome online marketing agencies die samen digitale impact maken, en dat snel blijft groeien. Je werklocatie is bij iClicks in Lelystad, één van de agencies binnen dit collectief. Bij Eager blijft iedere agency zelfstandig - ze volgen hun eigen koers, koesteren hun eigen cultuur en nemen zelf hun beslissingen. Tegelijk profiteren ze van de voordelen van het collectief: kennis delen, kansen samen benutten, elkaar versterken en het centraal voeren van de financiële administratie. Zo ontstaat er ruimte om te experimenteren en te groeien, op een manier die bij elke agency past. Eager blijft in hoog tempo groeien en is daarom op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. Wat ga je doen als controller? Je werk als controller ligt voornamelijk op het gebied van financial control, aangevuld met een deel business control, voor een aantal agencies binnen Eager. Je ontwikkelt je tot een controller die (complexe) data-analyses uitvoert, rapportages opzet, processen optimaliseert en het management van de betreffende agencies adviseert. Daarbij overleg je ook met het management van Eager om hen te voorzien van dagelijkse up-to-date financiële bedrijfsinformatie.
