Je zal dagelijks leiding geven aan een team van administratieve professionals en coördineert hun werkzaamheden. Je hebt een analytische en kritische blik, waarmee je afwijkingen en trends in financiële gegevens kan signaleren! Je bent daarnaast in staat om financiële rapportages op te stellen, zoals balans, winst- en verliesrekening en kasstroomoverzicht. In het voorjaar werk je aan het jaarverslag met de bijbehorende financiële onderbouwing. Een groot gedeelte van het jaar zal je hier je tijd aan besteden, dit doe je onder andere op basis van kwartaalrapportages. Het resterende deel van het jaar zal je werken aan procesverbeteringen en financial control werkzaamheden. Zo zien jouw toekomstige werkzaamheden er dan concreet uit: - Beheer van de financiële administratie, waaronder de sub administraties zoals crediteuren en activa administratie - Periodieke financiële rapportages opstellen, zoals balans, winst- en verliesrekening. Daarbij stel je ook budgetten en prognoses op - Financiële gegevens analyseren en afwijkingen en trends signaleren - Initiëren en uitvoeren van de verbetering van de financiële performance - Leiding geven aan het team administratie en begeleiden daar waar nodig Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Academisch werk- en denkniveau; - Een HBO-diploma in Finance; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als controller en kennis van salarisadministratie; - Een rijbewijs B; - Enthousiasme en bereidheid om je zelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien in de functie.
