De organisatie is actief in meerdere Europese landen en combineert de slagkracht van een gevestigde groep met de snelheid en ondernemende cultuur van een scale-up. De functie Als Controller zorg je ervoor dat de cijfers kloppen, rapportages tijdig beschikbaar zijn en financiële processen meegroeien met de organisatie. Tegelijkertijd kijk je nadrukkelijk verder dan de maandafsluiting. Je analyseert resultaten, verklaart afwijkingen en vertaalt financiële data naar concrete inzichten voor management en business. De functie is een combinatie van financial control en business control. Wat ga je doen? - Verzorgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - Opstellen en verbeteren van financiële en managementrapportages; - Coördineren van budgetten en forecasts; - Analyseren van resultaten, afwijkingen en marges; - Inzichtelijk maken van KPI's en commerciële prestaties; - Uitvoeren van rendementsanalyses; - Doorrekenen van businesscases en nieuwe commerciële proposities; - Optreden als financiële sparringpartner voor management en business; - Verbeteren van financiële processen, controls en rapportages; - Ondersteunen bij jaarrekening, audit en compliance; - Uitvoeren van strategis...
