Voor een organisatie met ruim 300 medewerkers zoeken we een Controller die energie krijgt van een brede rol, verantwoordelijkheid én samenwerking. Je maakt deel uit van een finance-team van zes collega's en rapporteert aan de Finance Manager . Samen zorgen jullie dat de cijfers kloppen, de processen blijven verbeteren en het management beschikt over actuele stuurinformatie. Wat we vragen van jou als Controller - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een financiële of bedrijfseconomische richting - Minimaal 4 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring als Controller of Assistent Controller - Ervaring binnen een handels- of internationale omgeving is een sterke pré - Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bijv. Exact, SAP, of AFAS) en Excel; kennis van Power BI is een plus - Nauwkeurig, proactief en communicatief sterk - Bereid om zowel strategisch als operationeel te werken - Beschikbaar voor 32 - 40 uur per week - Woonachtig in de regio Veghel, Eindhoven, Oss of Den Bosch Wat we jou als Controller bieden - Salarisindicatie: €4.200 - €6.200 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring) - Een zelfstandige rol binnen een internationaal familiebedrijf met korte lijnen - Samenwerking met een ervaren Finance Manager en vijf collega's binnen finance - Veel vrijheid om de functie en processen verder te ontwikkelen - Informele, betrokken en nuchtere werksfeer - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden (pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding, flexibele werktijden) - Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling Jouw rol als Controller Als allround Controller sta jij aan het roer van de financiële afdeling.
