Je gaat aan de slag bij een innovatieve organisatie die bedrijven helpt om processen slimmer, efficiënter en verder geautomatiseerd in te richten. Vanuit het Benelux hoofdkantoor in de regio Hedel wordt een belangrijk deel van de lokale activiteiten aangestuurd. Hier werken enkele tientallen collega's, wereldwijd telt de organisatie er ruim 1100. Hoewel de lijnen binnen de Benelux organisatie kort zijn, maakt het bedrijf namelijk onderdeel uit van een veel grotere internationale groep. Financieel is de organisatie dan ook uiterst gezond. Intern heerst een prettige en toegankelijke werksfeer. Collega's weten elkaar makkelijk te vinden en werken nauw met elkaar samen. Tegelijkertijd ligt het professionele niveau hoog en blijft de organisatie gezond doorgroeien. Die ontwikkeling biedt ook ruimte voor medewerkers die zelf meer verantwoordelijkheid willen pakken en zich verder willen ontwikkelen. Deze functie is dan ook ontstaan vanwege de doorlopende groei van de afgelopen jaren en met het oog op verdere groei. De functie: Door de internationale groei van de organisatie ontstaat er binnen de Benelux behoefte aan iemand die volledige verantwoordelijkheid pakt voor financial control binnen deze regio. Tot op heden lag dit grotendeels bij de CFO. Zijn verantwoordelijkheden zijn inmiddels uitgebreid naar meerdere landen, waardoor hij de dagelijkse controllingwerkzaamheden voor de Ben...
