Bei NENI verbinden wir beides: Als Controller_in in der NENI Holding in Gumpoldskirchen bist du nah dran am operativen Geschehen unserer Restaurants, Retail- und Gastronomieprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass unser Wachstum auf einem stabilen, transparenten Zahlenfundament steht.

Deine Aufgaben * du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für finanzielle Fragestellungen innerhalb der Gruppe * arbeitest von Beginn an eng mit Führungskräften der operativen Einheiten (z. B. Restaurantleiter_innen) zusammen * baust Transparenz, Effizienz und Steuerungsfähigkeit im Finance- und operativen Controlling weiter aus * entwickelst unsere Reporting- und Analyseinstrumente laufend weiter * gestaltest aktiv die Digitalisierung des Controllings mit - von automatisierten Reports bis zum sinnvollen Einsatz KI-gestützter Auswertungen * Unterstützung bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen (z. B. Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen, Plausibilisierungen) * Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen inkl. Kommentierung für Geschäftsführung und Holding-Management * Unterstützung im operativen Controlling sowie eigenständige Aufbereitung, Analyse und Modellierung von Finanzdaten der NENI Gruppe * Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung regelmäßiger Reports und Dashboards für Management und Restaurantleiter_innen * Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung (z. B. Standortperformance, Wareneinsatz, Personalkosten)

Planung & Steuerung * Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasting * Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung von Maßnahmenempfehlungen * Betriebswirtschaftliche Begleitung von Expansions- und Investitionsprojekten (z. B. neue Standorte, Umbauten, Konzepte) inkl. Business Cases und Szenarioanalysen * Bewertung von Risiken und Chancen und Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen durch fundierte Analysen * Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unseren Controlling- und Reporting-Systemen * Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Reportingstrukturen innerhalb der Gruppe

Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (FH/Uni mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzbereich, gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld (z. B. Gastronomie, Handel, Dienstleistung) * Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit BMD, BI-Tools und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Zahlen in klare, verständliche Empfehlungen zu übersetzen * Hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und modernen Reporting-Tools - idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Dashboarding-Lösungen * Proaktive, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Teams sowie Deutschkenntnisse dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend ab Niveau C1.
