Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Controlling-Bereichs. Das Unternehmen bietet ein internationales Umfeld und vielfältige Möglichkeiten, operative und strategische Controlling-Themen zu begleiten.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche

* Betreuung eines definierten Geschäftsbereichs im Controlling und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Ansprechpartner:innen aus dem Management

* Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen, Kennzahlen und relevanten Unternehmensdaten

* Erstellung von Auswertungen sowie Durchführung von Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen

* Mitarbeit bei Forecasts, Budgets und Mehrjahresplanungen

* Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen und laufenden Controlling-Prozessen

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Planungs-, Reporting- und Forecasting-Prozesse

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung neuer Lösungen, Systeme und bereichsübergreifender Projekte

* Aufbereitung relevanter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

* Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen

* Sicherer Umgang mit Daten und Freude an der Analyse komplexer Zusammenhänge

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Proaktives Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und modernen Controlling- bzw. Planungssystemen

* Bereitschaft, bestehende Strukturen zu hinterfragen und aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
