Arbeitszeit:

38,5 Stunden/Woche

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

*Erstellung des monatlichen Management-Reportings sowie Verantwortung für Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse

*Business Partner für definierte Fachbereiche und Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen

*Sicherstellung termingerechter Monatsabschlüsse und Analyse von Abweichungen

*Eigenständige fachliche Leitung und Mitarbeit bei Controlling und Finanzprojekten

*Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Standards und Kostenrechnungsstrukturen

*Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

*Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

*Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen von Vorteil

*Ausgeprägte Excel-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer º Umgang mit SAP

*Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die internationale Zusammenarbeit erforderlich

*Hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Ableitung von fundierten Handlungsempfehlungen

*Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohe Maß an Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

*Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
