Wir begleiten Unternehmen durch Restrukturierungen und Sanierungen, gerichtlich und außergerichtlich, helfen aber auch bei Finanzierungsfragen, Prozessoptimierungen oder Betriebsübernahmen. 1 Controller / Junior Consultant (m/w/d) Tourismus-Controlling und Sanierungsberatung · Oberlech am Arlberg · Vollzeit · Ab sofort

Als Controlling- und Sanierungsberatung helfen wir westösterreichischen Tourismus-Unternehmen aus Hotellerie, Seilbahnwirtschaft und Gastronomie, fundierte finanzielle Entscheidungen zu treffen, vom laufenden monatlichen Controlling bis zum Sanierungsgutachten in der Unternehmenskrise. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die direkt mit der Geschäftsführung an anspruchsvollen Mandaten arbeiten möchte.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Monatliches Berichtswesen, Plan-Ist-Vergleiche und Kennzahlenanalyse für unsere Kundenbetriebe

* Budgets, Liquiditätsplanungen und mehrjährige Planungsrechnungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden

* Mitarbeit an Fortbestehensprognosen, Sanierungskonzepten, Bewertungen und Finanzierungsunterlagen

* Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Bankgespräche sowie Teilnahme an Kundenterminen nach Einarbeitung

IHR PROFIL

* Wirtschaftliches Studium (Controlling, Finance, Tourismus- oder Hotelmanagement) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Aufbau komplexer Auswertungsmodelle

* Solides Verständnis von Bilanz, GuV und Cashflow nach österreichischem Unternehmensrecht

* Analytisches, genaues Arbeiten, hohe Verschwiegenheit und Reisebereitschaft in Westösterreich

Direkte, eigenverantwortliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung an realen Mandaten statt Zuarbeit im großen Team, eine steile Lernkurve mit Einblick in Fortbestehensprognosen, Bankverhandlungen und Unternehmensbewertungen, Unterstützung bei einschlägiger Weiterbildung sowie ein Arbeitsplatz mitten in der Bergwelt des Arlbergs mit der Möglichkeit zu mobilem Arbeiten. Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag Information und Consulting mit einem Mindestgrundgehalt von 3.157,47 EUR brutto monatlich (VG IV, Stand 1.1.2026), wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung von 40 bis 55 TEUR Jahresbrutto zuzüglich einer variablen Erfolgskomponente von bis zu 10 Prozent.
