* Erstellung von Budget-, Forecast- und Mehrjahresplanungen für den Standort sowie Verantwortung für das Investitionscontrolling (CAPEX)

* Monatliches Ergebnis-Tracking (P&L), Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management-Reports

* Analyse von Herstellkosten, Produktkosten und operativen Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung fundierter Geschäftsentscheidungen

* Monitoring des Net Working Capital und der Bestände sowie Identifikation und Analyse von Abweichungen

* Durchführung von Kostenstellen-, OPEX- und FTE-Analysen inklusive Personalkostencontrolling

* Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Business Cases und finanziellen Bewertungen von Projekten und Investitionen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Supply Chain, Logistik, Plant Management und Corporate Controlling sowie Mitwirkung bei Benchmarking- und Optimierungsprojekten

Wir erwarten

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen oder internationalen Konzernumfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Kostenrechnung sowie im Investitions- und Produktionscontrolling

* Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, ERP-Systemen und MS Excel

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
