Voor een internationaal actieve organisatie binnen de maritieme sector zoeken wij een analytisch sterke Cost Control Executive die financiële expertise combineert met operationeel inzicht. Binnen deze technisch complexe en projectgedreven omgeving speelt kostencontrole een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de rendabiliteit, efficiëntie en financiële voorspelbaarheid van internationale projecten. U werkt nauw samen met projectteams, operations en management en fungeert als financiële sparringpartner binnen een dynamische omgeving waar deadlines, operationele data en internationale samenwerking centraal staan.

Bent u sterk in cost controlling, financiële analyses en projectopvolging? Wenst u te werken binnen een internationale context waar u rechtstreeks impact heeft op strategische beslissingen en financiële optimalisatie? Dan biedt deze functie een inhoudelijk sterke en toekomstgerichte uitdaging.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Opvolgen en analyseren van afwijkingen tussen gebudgetteerde en gerealiseerde kosten (budget vs. actuals)
  • Identificeren van cost drivers, financiële risico’s en operationele variaties
  • Formuleren van concrete optimalisatievoorstellen op basis van financiële analyses en operationele data
  • Berekenen, analyseren en opvolgen van operationele projectkosten en voorlopige reisgerelateerde kosten van schepen
  • Opstellen, controleren en opvolgen van finale kostenafrekeningen per project
  • Detecteren van trends, afwijkingen en optimalisatiekansen binnen kostenstructuren
  • Actueel en accuraat beheren van kosten- en projectdata binnen interne systemen en databanken
  • Coderen, registreren en opvolgen van leveranciersfacturen in SAP
  • Verwerken en controleren van crewkosten en administratieve projectkosten
  • Intensief samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders binnen Finance, Operations en Project Management
  • Ondersteunen van management met duidelijke en bruikbare financiële rapporteringen en analyses

Je hebt van een economische of financiële opleiding genoten. Je hebt affiniteit met de haven, logistieke sector of het maritieme gegeven.

  • Je hebt ervaring in controlling.
  • Je bent proactief, analytisch en je weet overzicht te bewaren. Zo weet je wat nog moet gebeuren en wat er al gedaan is.
  • Je bent een duizendpoot en je weet hierin prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je weet het hoofd koel te houden, je bent punctueel, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je ziet waar het beter kan en je benoemt dit.
  • Je bent vlot vaardig in Nederlands en Engels.
