Je zorgt dat management beschikt over betrouwbare financiële inzichten en gebruikt data om ontwikkelingen te analyseren, investeringen te beoordelen en de business te challengen. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen. Waarom wijkt een resultaat af? Wat betekent een investering voor onze toekomstige prestaties? Waar liggen kansen om kosten, processen of rapportages te verbeteren? Met jouw analyses help je de organisatie betere beslissingen te nemen. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en hebt daarbij regelmatig contact met collega's binnen andere ROCKWOOL-fabrieken en met de internationale Finance-organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden, o.a.: Investment control - Beoordelen van investeringsaanvragen en opstellen van pay-back berekeningen. - Monitoren van lopende investeringen, rapporteren over voortgang en CAPEX forecasting. Period close & reporting - Ondersteunen bij de periodieke financiële afsluiting. - Opstellen en analyseren van maandresultaten en financiële afwijkingen. Planning & Consolidation - Opstellen, consolideren en opvolgen van de kwartaalforecast voor productie en sales. - Jaarlijks actualiseren van Group Transfer Prices en actieve bijdrage leveren aan het budgetproces. Projects & continuous improvement - Deelnemen aan Finance & Control-projecten en benchmarken productiekosten andere RW fabrieken. - Verbeteren van financiële registraties en processen binnen Operations en Sales.
