The posting

Je komt terecht in een internationale en dynamische organisatie actief binnen infrastructuur‑ en ingenieursprojecten. De financiële afdeling ondersteunt meerdere entiteiten binnen België en Nederland en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders. In deze rol draag je bij aan correcte rapportering, wettelijke compliance en een efficiënte financiële administratie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Financiële administratie beheren voor meerdere entiteiten in België en Nederland.
  • Voorbereiden, analyseren en reviewen van financiële rapportering zoals balans, resultatenrekening en cashflow.
  • Ondersteunen van maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief journaalposten en grootboekbeheer.
  • Voorbereiden van statutaire jaarrekeningen en naleven van lokale GAAP‑vereisten.
  • Ondersteunen van externe audits door het aanleveren van documentatie, reconciliaties en toelichtingen.
  • Voorbereiden van BTW‑aangiftes, wettelijke rapporteringen en andere fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Analyseren van budgetafwijkingen, forecasts en financiële prestaties.
  • Reconciliëren van subadministraties en bewaken van financiële controles.
  • Samenwerken met offshore Global Business Services teams voor efficiënte processen.
  • Sterke werkrelaties opbouwen met financecollega’s, businessleaders en externe partners.
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement binnen accounting en reporting.
  • Deelnemen aan projecten en implementatie van accounting policies en compliance‑initiatieven.
  • Bachelor of master in Finance, Accounting, Bedrijfseconomie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen accounting, reporting of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Ervaring met een volledig fiscaal jaarcyclus is vereist.
  • Sterke kennis van technische accounting en financiële rapportering.
  • Ervaring met audits en statutaire rapportering.
  • Analytisch sterk en nauwkeurig met oog voor detail.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Gevorderde kennis van Excel; ervaring met Oracle is een pluspunt.
